Identity Verification

Before your first withdrawal, we verify your identity using the details you provided at sign-up. We may ask for a photo ID and proof of address. This happens on-screen in your Account Settings under Verification. It usually takes 1–4 hours; our team works Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 22:00 Western Indonesia Time.

Data Retention

We keep your account data, transaction history and verification records for seven years after account closure or final withdrawal. Deposit & Withdrawal Logs

We verify every account holder's identity before the first withdrawal. If we detect false details — name, address, phone or email — we'll freeze your account and any pending payouts. You'll need to contact our compliance team to correct it. Repeated false information may result in permanent account suspension.

No. One person, one account. If we find multiple accounts linked to the same email, phone or payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS), we'll close all but one and hold any winnings until the issue is resolved. Creating duplicate accounts violates our terms and may result in a permanent ban.

Deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS must be at least Rp 50,000 and up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. Withdrawals go to the same method you deposited from. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50,000.
